Pete has been a licensed real-estate agent since 2000. His expertise ranges from Investment property to listing high end homes. He is an expert negotiator, typically getting his buyers the buy of a lifetime. Having bought and sold over 100 homes personally, he treats each transaction as if it were his own.
Pete enjoys working with people in the home buying & selling process. More than a Realtor he is a consultant on all phases of the transaction. He brings the positive “win-win” philosophy to everyone involved in any deal and applies it directly to his team.
Pete has served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams in 2011 & 2012. He managed an office of 90 agents in 2013. He is currently serving as a board member for Lifework Leadership Cleveland & serves on the Elder Board at Rock Point Church in Westlake.
